Day 01: Arrive New York

Welcome to New York. On arrival at the airport, you will be courteously greeted by our travel assistant and will be comfortably transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in after 16:00). Rest of the day is free to relax at the hotel or to explore the city on your own.

Later in the evening take a stroll along Times Square on your own. Times Square is at its most spectacular after dark! The square is buzzing with people and is enlivened with lights, music, and activities. You can feel the pulse of New York City here.

Day 02: Visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt – spectacular building and views. Enjoy the guided city tour of the Financial Capital of the World, New York.

New York City is the most dynamic and exciting city in America. It is overflowing with activities, tours, monuments, and museums. Prepare for an extraordinary experience with " SUMMIT ONE VANDERBILT," A 93-storey tall skyscraper. SUMMIT One Vanderbilt blends elements of art, technology, architecture, and thrill to take the concept of New York City's “observation deck” to entirely new heights. Enjoy a breathtaking city view.

Now, let's take a CITY TOUR OF NEW YORK through the eyes of our experienced tour guide. You will enjoy an excellent New York drive experience, which includes the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yard), and Brooklyn Bridge.

It's time to elevate your night with a New York dinner cruise. Step aboard a beautiful boat and embark on a fantastic journey that promises delicious food and an incredible dusk-to-dawn view of the Hudson River. Relax and experience NYC’s iconic landmarks, from the boat STATUE OF LIBERTY, Brooklyn Bridge, etc, while enjoying a delicious Indian dinner with catchy Bollywood tunes. It's one of the kinds of cruise events that make long-lasting memories.

** In case of weather conditions or any unforeseen causes, the dinner cruise does not operate. Clients will be provided a visit to the Statue of Liberty.

Day 03: Onto Washington D.C. - Capital of USA. Enroute enjoy a guided tour of Philadelphia.

Today in the morning board your coach and drive to THE MILLS AT JERSEY GARDENS, the largest shopping mall in New Jersey with more than 200 stores. Enjoy some free time for shopping at some of the best outlet’s in the mall.

Later proceed to Philadelphia (approximately 1-1/2 hours' drive without traffic). Fun Fact- PHILADELPHIA, the largest city in Pennsylvania, is also known as America's first world heritage city and the nation's number one historical city.

On arrival enjoy a guided city tour of Philadelphia, our entertaining tour guide is a history buff. It will introduce the group to a real sense of Philadelphia's historical place.

Later sit in the comforts of your coach to drive to Washington, DC (3.5 hours).

Day 04: Enjoy an informative tour of this beautiful city with a local guide. Visit the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. Onto Harrisburg.

Start the day with city tour of Washington D.C. with a specialized guide covering all the significant landmarks. You will see the major monuments That cover World War || - Lincoln Memorial - the White House - the U.S. Capitol, and much more with few photo stops.

Explore the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY – Delve into the fascinating story of our planet, from its fiery beginnings through billions of years of transformation, and explore life on Earth through exhibitions and activities, collection objects, and research in the lab and the field.

Later in the day proceed to Harrisburg.

Day 05: Orientation tour of Pennsylvania. Visit ‘Hershey’s Chocolate World’. Onto Niagara Falls. Get riveted to the colorful skies at the illuminated Niagara Falls.

Today we proceed to the PENNSYLVANIA CAPITOL TOUR, "THE HANDSOMEST BUILDING." The Pennsylvania State Capitol is the seat of government for the U.S. state of Pennsylvania and is in downtown Harrisburg. Take an inside peek at the political hub of the state.

Visit the famous American Chocolate outlet at ‘Hershey’s Chocolate World’. Join the delicious journey on an immersive chocolate making tour. See, feel, smell, and hear as the Cocoa beans are crushed and transformed into the most flavorsome chocolates in the world. Experience the fun and unwrap your chocolate adventure.

Drive to Corning to check out the World's most comprehensive Glass collection at CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS. The museum brings the glass to life by having live demonstrations.

Proceed to Niagara Falls (Approximately 3 hours from Corning).

This evening proceed on to the Illumination of Niagara Falls at Night - This illumination includes a range of colors that alternate throughout the evening and shine over all of Niagara Falls.

Day 06: Experience the fantastic ‘Maid of The Mist’ & ‘Cave of the Wind’.

Start the day with walk to MAID OF THE MIST to take a closer look at the Bridal veil falls in a boat ride on the river.

Proceed to CAVE OF THE WINDS, where you will take an elevator ride 175 feet below to get a firsthand feel of the Power of the Falls. Geared up in a souvenir rain poncho, guests follow wooden walkways along the Niagara River to the Hurricane Deck

Enjoy a free evening on your own, walking near the falls and exploring. Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino is also within walking distance. Seneca Niagara is the place for you if you’re seeking the thrill of the game. This Casino offers over 80 tables of live-action gaming plus more than 2,700 slot machines. That’s a lot of ways to win!

Day 07: Fly back home

After traveling across the East coasts of the United States of America and experiencing freedom, diversity, and dynamism, your grand journey finally culminates in BUF. Check-out and drive to the airport to board your return / onward flight. (Breakfast)

Note:
  • All Hotels—room and tax only—are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities. We will notify you of hotel changes.
  • Airport transfer on arrival in New York and departure from Buffalo is included.
  • Check-in begins at 1600hrs at the hotel in New York. An early check-in can only be guaranteed at an additional cost.
  • Tour Director will meet at 1900hrs on Day 01 in the hotel lobby & be with the group till the end, i.e., Day 06.
  • Tour will be conducted in a 55-seater/30-seater/15-seater/van based on the number of people signed up for the tour.
  • WiFi is available in hotel lobbies and 55-seater coaches. The connection could be spotty in some places. Not available for smaller vans/coaches. (It is not guaranteed.)
What your tour price does not include
  • The cost of air-ticket, visas, insurance, arrival & departure transfer, etc.
  • Any expenses of a personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral/bottled water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar, and telephone calls.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Meals are pre-set, and a choice of menu is not available.
  • The mandatory driver tip of USD 03 per person per day is not included in the tour cost.
  • Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than those mentioned in the ‘What your tour price includes’.

Key Notes
  • Valid roaming/WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and other needed services.
  • For all passengers' comfort, we request traveling light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and one international-size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
  • Check-in time at the hotel is 1600 hrs, while check-out is 1100 hrs.
  • Porterage/Baggage handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
  • Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
  • Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; we will notify you of hotel changes.
  • The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 04 per room. Rooms with two double beds will be booked for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and breakfast (if applicable). Passengers must pay for any additional incidentals incurred at the hotel. (American hotels have a maximum of two beds per room.)
  • Our Tour Manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 1900 hrs.
  • In a few locations, restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Clients may need to walk to the restaurants.
  • Seating arrangements on the bus will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, a driver will act as a tour leader.
  • If the group size is 15 or less, all breakfast and dinner will be served on a set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. Passengers must follow the restaurant's guidelines.
  • We recommend passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
  • The weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please ensure you have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

  • In case of coach breakdown, a different coach will be provided as soon as possible. The Tour Operator will not offer any monetary compensation.
