Day 01: Welcome to San Francisco - the City of Lights and Glamour.

Welcome to the City by the Bay. Upon arrival at San Francisco airport, get transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in on your own after 16:00). Rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own.

Day 02: Guided City tour with The Flyer and Bay cruise.

Today enjoy a fun filled day in the city. Start with a spectacular cruise on the San Francisco Bay. Sail past the City skyline and the Maritime National Park. Experience the ecstasy as you sail with spectacular views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge.

See San Francisco’s famous landmarks in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. THE FLYER SFO is the perfect way to get a head start on this beautiful and vibrant city.

This ride combines motion seats, live-action, and computer-generated imagery to simulate flight, and in-theater special effects create a sweeping experience for all your senses.

Enjoy a guided city tour – see the famous sights like Fisherman’s Wharf and Twin Peaks. Towards the end, enjoy a fantastic ride aboard CABLE CAR (the world's last manually operated Cable car system- if operational).

Day 03: Yosemite National Park - Onto Fresno

Today, we proceed to Yosemite National Park. Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology's most famous sights.

Onto Fresno – Raisin capital of the World and the base for Yosemite.

** In the event of wildfires, snow and ice, road icing, and road closures, we reserve the right to temporarily change the day's itinerary to ensure the safety of the guests instead of going to Yosemite.

Day 04: Outlet Mall Shopping. Onto Los Angeles

Today, proceed to Los Angeles. En route you will have an opportunity to enjoy some retail therapy at Tejon MALL. With over 14 million people visiting this outlet, it is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California. Stores include Michael Kors, Forever 21, Nike Factory Store, and many more.

Later, Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of LA, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.

Day 05: Universal Studios Hollywood. Onto Las Vegas

Time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood (900AM—400PM). This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real-working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There’s lots to explore for all ages throughout the Park.

Later proceed to Las Vegas – famous for Casinos, shopping, entertainment! Free time to explore the city in the evening on own.

Day 06: Day free OR you can opt for an excursion to Grand Canyon. Las Vegas by night

The day is free to explore the city on your own OR opt for an exciting visit to see the world-famous natural Wonder – The Grand Canyon.

In the evening, after dinner we take you exploring the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS. On the city tour, enjoy an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour by the coach. This tour will cover famous landmarks like Bellagio Fountains, the iconic ‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign, and the FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE — VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW – a sound and light show on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, with zip liners flying overhead.

Day 07: Depart and fly back home.

A wonderful holiday gracefully ends. Check out by 11:00 and depart for the airport for your return / onward flight. (Breakfast)

• All Hotels—room and tax only—are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities. We will notify you of hotel changes.
• Arrival and Departure Private TRANSFER.
• Check-in begins at 1600hrs at the hotel in New York. An early check-in can only be guaranteed at an additional cost.
• TOUR DIRECTOR will meet at 1830hrs on DAY 01 in the hotel lobby & be with the group until the end, i.e., DAY 06.
• TOUR WILL BE CONDUCTED IN A 55-SEATER/30-SEATER/15-SEATER/VAN BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SIGNED FOR THE TOUR.
• WIFI is available in hotel lobbies and 55-SEATER Coaches. The connection could be spotty in some places. Not available for smaller vans/coaches (it is not guaranteed).

What your tour price does not include

• The cost of air ticket, visas, insurance, arrival & departure transfer, etc.
• Any expenses of a personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral/bottled water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar, and telephone calls.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
• The mandatory driver tip of USD 03 per person per day is not included in the tour cost.
• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than those mentioned in the 'What your tour price includes' section.
• Surcharges in case applicable on certain departure dates.
• Government service taxes, TCS, and other taxes as applicable.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the 'What your Tour Price includes' box in your Tour Price includes box.

Key Notes

• Valid roaming / WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and for other needed services.
• For all passengers' comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and one international size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
• Check-in time at the hotel is 1600hrs, while the check-out is 1100hrs.
• For individual check-ins, hotels in Vegas will ask for a credit card with the guest's name at check-in for incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the credit card, which will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes 3-4 business weeks for the charge to disappear from the credit statement. Make sure to get a zero statement balance from the hotel.
• Porterage/baggage handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
• Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
• Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; we will notify you of hotel changes.
• The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 04 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and breakfast (if applicable). The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the hotel. (American hotels have two beds in one room at maximum.)
• Our tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 1830hrs.
• We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Clients need to walk to the restaurants at these places.
• Seating arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
• The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, we will have a driver who will act as a tour leader.
• If the group size is 15 or less, all breakfast and dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant's guidelines.
• We recommend that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
• The weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

• The tour is not equipped to assist any special needs and wheelchair passengers on this tour.
• Tour operator is not responsible for lost valuables/travel documents or other belongings. We request that the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
• Tour operator is not liable for any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.
• Tour operator will not give any refund for no-show.
• The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, tour operator will try its best to fix the problem. However, tour operator will provide no monetary compensation.
• In case of coach breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. Tour operator will provide no monetary compensation.
• We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through tour operator. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours are not purchased through us, tour operator will not provide any assistance with that service.
• Tour operator is not liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
